Oh, how exciting!! When we first moved down here, a place here in town was for sale. It's two bedrooms, two baths with a study, living room and kitchen. It has a garage and a huge TACK ROOM!!! Yeah baby! LOL It sits on nearly 8 acres with several cross-fenced pastures, more than enough room for an arena and round pen near the house, and it's even home to the second oldest pecan tree in Texas. ;D
This place is just adorable! We fell in love with it and drooled all over it when it was for sale, but we weren't in a position to buy, so we had to pass on it. Someone else bought it.
Well, fast forward nearly a year, and the lady that bought it is thinking of selling. Not only that, but she's also considering renting it!
So we're waiting on pins and needles to hear if she does decide to rent it, and if she'll consider us. And of course we have to figure out if we can afford it. LOL

I've told him that I will contribute at least $200 a month towards rent, but I'm working so much less than he is that it's a lot more difficult for me.
