It was my night off but DH had to work. He came in and woke my up and told me that there was a bomb threat and they had to clear the building! Every one had to stand out in the cold for and hour and a half while they searched the plant. If I had been there, I may very well have been the person who took the call! Yikes!
Then one of the supervisors collapsed and had to be rushed to the hospital. He has a bad heart, needs a new one but he's not a candidated for the surgery. (He's OK) Then DH had to stop and pull some one out of the ditch on the way home this morning and it turned out that he was planning on going 4X4ing in some one elses field when he got stuck, DH should have let him rot in the ditch! And to top it off, in all the excitement, his friend that rode with him last night locked all his keys in his toolbox at work and he had to take him home.
Too bad DH didn't have the day off too!
