With the weather we've been having the past few days, I believe it. It's been downright nasty. We hauled my horse home last night in the rain and possibility of ice. Ugh. Fortunately it was still in the 40s so it didn't have a chance to ice up. My nekkid gelding has his blankie on today!! I hate February weather. It's always like this. I've never seen an abnormal high temp in February down here. Typically it's our ice and snow month

We don't use the groundhog, we have a possum that forecasts for us! Sand Mountain Sam says that we will have an early spring. It is raining cats and dogs and cccooooolllllldddd today!
Bring on the daffodils, dogwoods and forsythia blooms anytime!

I don't put too much stock in that little varmit. Its beautiful here today the sun is out we have a light breeze and it will get from mid 30's to 60 degrees today. Perfect for riding and we already have flowers blooming-I noticed yesterday that the wild brush has the little tiny flowers going off right now. Can my daffodils be far behind?
