Good forum/support for career advice??

I have a very complex and frequently unpleasant work situation, but for a variety of reasons, it is tough for me to leave and find a good job at the moment. I have a lot of tenure and would lose a great deal by leaving.

Has anyone found a good support/forum for career/life decision type topics? I would love to speak with other people who have made career changes to help prepare myself for what is to come.
