Of course everythign is covered in ice now and it's still raining. What a hideous day!
GAAAAAA... I'd much rather have snow than this crud! Of course the mud is getting deep again too, sigh.... and tomorrow it's supposed to switch over to snow.. snow on top of an inch of ice. .. how nice! NOT

OK, maybe I'll try to stop whining! I WAS going to go home and ride Laara today. However I was given a new job a couple of weeks ago to book adjustments for our ownership of other legal entites within ourselves for 2002 & 2003. I was told it would take about 15 minutes. It's been 3 hours so far and I'm not done. I'm in a crabby mood!

Must be the weather, I am in a crummy mood too! It is -8 here right now, and snow is in the forecast for Thursday. Feels too much like a Monday for me! Time to go back to bed and put our heads under the covers.

Thanks for the board, Chris! It's not raining here, but it is looking NASTY outside. Very grey and threatening. My husband's in Waco today, job-hunting. I miss him. Isn't that funny - I see him every day and yet I hate it when he's gone! LOL It's been unseasonably warm and we're actually kind of uncomfortable - we've had to have the windows open and all the fans on to keep halfway cool. This is NOT normal for January, even in Texas!

We're getting a severe storm tonight. They're expecting anywhere from four to twelve inches of snow. Depends on where you live. The southernmost regions are getting ice and freezing rain. I'm glad I'm getting snow. Should be school closings and the whole thing. I'd better go unhitch my four wheel drive truck from the trailer. Our hideous day was yesterday, Chris! Dorothy, you have my sympathies. Would you like a merlot? I'll share! Paintaloosa, where in the heck are you that you have such c-c-cold??! Yikes! And Mouse, let me get out my freaking crying towel. Windows open?! Want a house guest? We could play with the babies while Erich is gone.

Its been unseasonably cold here too-I don't think the sand got thawed out today. Ever seen a frozen sand dune? But I love the sand its never slippery, even when its frozen. We have been having clear weather but on Thrusday its supposed to be a rain/snow mix. And the snow levels drop to 500 feet. I hope it does snow because we haven't had it here in many years. Usually the worst we get is 75 to 100 mile gusts and rain and the temp about 40 degrees--damp to the bone chilling. Ohh I think the hot tub sounds wonderful tonight-anybody want to join me?

Mouse, I bet your horse isn't as neglected as mine -- I haven't even seen mine in over a month! John has been working a lot, trying to finish that house he started before he got out of the painting business so he's doing that weekends and evenings after working all day. Of course, that makes it hard for me to get out there, especially with having the boys. And this weekend is Logan's birthday party so unless we go late Saturday afternoon, I may not see them this weekend unless John gets done with the house before Sunday and we can go see the horses after church. Waaaaah!

It's raining here in VA as well but at least it is sorta warm (not that that helps any but still) However I am sick to death of mud at this point and wouldn't mind a LITTLE snow to change the scenery around so to speak. However any of you who wish to send snow to VA please only send small amounts! These people can't drive in anything more than a small skiff so we don't want to make it any harder on them than we need to ;D

Aw Tina, I know exactly how you feel! Right after I had Zoe, I went through that - I didn't see Summer for at least a month. It stank! I was missing my therapy something fierce. LOL Now I'm lucky if I can see her once a week - and unfortunately it started raining last weekend and hasn't let up much. Off and on drizzle and I know the farm must be completely mud. I'm just hoping it'll be dry enough by Sunday that I can go up and ride Kateefa! If I have to wait another week, I'll go crazy! LOL
