Kit - what are you getting? I'm getting a Subaru Crosstrek. Most likely in Venetian Red Pearl, but maybe Quartz Blue Pearl. When I bought my Element, I gave them the option of red or blue to be able to find what I wanted with the options I want. I may do the same this time. I like both colors, so I'd be happy with both. The blue is very similar to my Element, so the red would be a nice change. I kind of like the orange, but not sure if I'd want an orange car for a long time. We already have a yellow truck. I'm keeping the Element for my "Dog Car"

I still LOVE my new RED car, Mom has named it Rubie, I don't name my rides. I STILL have not been able to get time to run over to the dealership and pick up that road hazard coverage. At least you get a year to change your mind and add more stuff on if you wish. ON my Honda mini van I had life time coverage to rotate and balance my tires. It was GREAT to walk in any time and get it done for free if I had my oil changed else where. I Usually did that at NTB.
I NEED to get road coverage on this new car. They are tearing up highways all over the place from Dallas to Fort Worth as well as Dallas up to and past Allen down here. Next year they will start construction/destruction on Valley View Mall across the street from the office. It will eventually be an outdoor type mall with high end apartment living over the stores. The destruction/construction will start at the far west side by the Galleria. They will build shops there, when that is finished they will offer those renting space at Valley View the opportunity to move into the new store fronts. Then they will tear down Valley View. Only things that will stay is Sears. They own their land and they were the original store way back when. Also AMC movie house will stay. That's going to be interesting since it's on the 3nd floor of the mall.
Once all this is built THEN the old tenants will be asked if they wish to move back into the central part of things. I'm sure the rent will go sky high then. As of now I think they are paying like $300 a month for the spaces in the mall. I have no idea if electric is included or extra. I do know they are responsible for their own build out.
