I went to the gym 10 days in a row and now I've missed three days. I would not have minded missing one after 10, but three is not going to help me out. Between the kids' activities and Mason, I just couldn't make it in.
I need to get "back on the horse" so to speak. I need to schedule this in as a higher priority.
Someone please remind me that all is not lost and I can pick up from where I am and move forward.
