I'm faaaaat. I hate exercising, so it's probably easier to eat right. I decided to stock up on foods approved by the Fat Flush Plan again-that seemed to shed tonage quickly and make me feel better when I did it 6 years ago. The hardest part is living with M and being the only one to eat this way :/ I've done ok so far today...but man...I'm hungry

I've lost 2.5 pounds recently and got into a pair of pants that were too tight when I bought them at a yard sale! DH & I both started doing the Herbalife diet.
Oh, and exercise is an important part of any diet plan! (Yeah, not what you wanted to hear, right?) ;D

I heard a really depressing news story today.... Seems they did a study about people who have lost weight and when they checked their hormone levels at the time they were "asking" for more food. One year later the hormones were still at the same level "asking" for more food. I have the same problem you do....if it's just me I eat healthy but when dh is home.....it's hard because he absolutely does not like things that are good for him Nor does he like to go hiking or really any exercise of any kind. He is gone so much that I hate to leave when he is home....but his idea of fun is either watching a movie or playing a video game
