I got this from a cooking demo on RFD-TV. It couldn't be much easier.
Buy some ribs. Rub Montreal Steak Seasoning on both sides. Put the ribs in a roasting pan with a rack. Put water in the pan--maybe a couple of cups. Just make sure it doesn't actually contact the ribs. Put TWO (2) layers of aluminum foil over the pan to seal it well. Put it in the oven for 5 hours at 250F.
The meat will just fall off the ribs. It is DELICIOUS. You can make them "dry" without adding BBQ sauce, serve it on the side, or brush it on the ribs the last 30 minutes.
Clean-up is easy. The water keeps anything from sticking to the pan.
