It's hard because I love beer so much in the summer time But, I've laid off the beer and have been more careful about carbs...and I'm FINALLY down 4 pounds. Instead of beer, I've budgeted a big bowl of ice cream with fresh berries nearly every day. But, my clothes are fitting better and I feel energetic. I love summer!

When I drink beer, I have the 55 calorie beer. I know it isn't quite as flavorful but it has the ability to give you a beer taste.

Good for you Reds!! I have told your dad for years that when he sits and drinks one or more beer, he needs to watch what he is eating that day because of the extra calories in that beer. We both know that he never pays attention to the extra calories

Beer is WAY fattening, hey you just gave me an idea...if I ever get to the point that I need to gain weight I will just add beer back into my diet...I LIKE that idea. Wine just isn't the same.

The weirdest thing...when I drink beer I always lose weight. I have no idea why but I can almost guarantee that if I have a couple of Bud Light Limes tge next day I will be down a couple of pounds. Odd. Huh? Its always been like this.
