Whew...going to Oklahoma is hard. Between my stepdad's cooking and Sonic, the carbs added up! But I'm home and managed to be starch and sugar free one day in a row! ;D I'm not going to weigh until a week from today, I'm sure I picked up at least five pounds while I was gone. Life is a journey right?

I think you just have to roll with those! I gain 5 pounds every time I visit my parents. But it's better to have a great visit than to stress out about a few extra pounds. If you got them off before, you can get them off again!

My Mom and my hubby were huge sabotagers of diets. Hubby with going out to eat and drink and Mom with shoving food at me. Then the stress of losing both of them along with the stupid sickness has made me drop over 70 lbs without hardly trying. Now I just try to be healthy. If I am hungry I eat, I drink wine once in a while, and eat pretty much a LOT of food. But I do swim about 4 hours a day, plus caring for the horse does help.
