I made it to the fitness place 7 days in a row! YAY!!!!
Day five almost didn't happen. I procrastinated right up until the end of the evening. The morning didn't go the way I wanted it to, and then it was hot and I was tired. Then I thought, I'm going to have to post that I didn't make it today.... yikes! That made me jump up and go to the fitness place at 8:45 pm (I'm usually in bed by then!)
But since I did that, I can claim 7 days in a row! I am very glad I didn't slack of completely on day 5

Congrats!! My gyms only open 6 days a week. Over memorial day weekend the pool was closed for one reason or another for 3 days, I went thru withdrawal. LOL Sadly though my clothes fit better and I am slowly firming up the weight has stayed the same. Sigh. Oh well.

I think I'm in the same place... I haven't dropped any weight, but my wrists and fingers are thinner and I have muscle definition in places that I've never had it before. I even am just starting to get that "dimple" on the back of my arm when I straighten it... never came close to having that, even when I was young and skinny! And I don't have to struggle to button my jeans fresh out of the dryer... that's kind of cool, too!
If they aren't open 7 days, then you can't go 7 days! Congratulations on toning up!

Congrats! I've had a few squeakers too but making that effort, even at the end of the day, pays off You probably know that muscle weighs more than fat - do a few measurements and write them down along with your weight (waist, bust, hips or any trouble areas). When you don't see the scale move but know you must be doing something right, measure again and I bet you see a difference. I seem to hold onto a lot of water which shows up on the scale but not so much in my clothes. The measuring system helps there too, although it's pretty obvious if my ankles are swollen.
