I lost 5 pounds last week so I wasn't expecting much this week. Everyone pretty much leveled off a lot, but I lost 1 pound, DH lost 1 pound, the other wife lost less than a pound and the other husband lost 3 or so pounds (he only lost 1 pound the first week). So at least a loss! And my arms are on *fire* from my last three videos this week. This week I focused more on strength than cardio and will add more cardio in this coming week to make up for it. I'm still winning with 3.5% lost, the next closest is the other wife and she's sitting at 2.8% lost (she has hardly any weight to lose though). I have 10 weeks to lose 10 pounds in order to reach my goal, so as long as I lose 1 pound a week from here on out I'll be golden!

Thanks! Today was Week 3 weigh in...I lost .6 pounds, putting me up to 3.86%
I need to do more cardio...I'm doing good on calories...and doing my weight lifiting videos, I just need more cardio days throughout the week. I definitely look thinner, and my arms and legs are beginning to look amazing. I just need to keep up on the scale for the contest!
