TEXAS SHEET CAKE
2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt 2 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup sour cream
Cream the above ingredients together
2 sticks butter or oleo 4 tablespoons cocoa 1 cup water
Boil the above ingredients together and pour at once into the creamed mixture.
Pour into a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
ICING Bring to a boil: one stick of butter or oleo, 6 tablespoons milk and 4 tablespoons cocoa
ADD: 1 box of powdered sugar 1 cup chopped pecans 1 tsp vanilla
Mix well and pour over the cake immediately when it comes out of the oven.
You can wait until the cake cools if you want more of a cake consistency rather than a moist brownie.
