I thought with the holidays coming up--someone might like to try this super easy recipe for a finger food. Frozen meatballs (already pre-cooked) 1 small jar of orange marmelade 1 small jar of red pepper jelly 1 cup of barbeque sauce (whatever you like) 1 cup of tequila garlic powder (to your liking) onion powder (to your liking) Mix all ingredients--pour over frozen meatballs in crockpot. Cook on low until heated through (about 2-3 hours). I would do at least 2 bags of meatballs (the ones I got had 28 I believe and I had plenty of liquid). I would probably double the liquid if I did 2 bags or more. I had some at work the other week that someone brought in. I'm not a huge meatball fan, but they were really good. So I made hubby some Saturday--and I didn't have tequila so substituted orange juice and they were just as good.
