I am frustrated. Last week I stayed the same. This week I was down .6. I tracked and stayed within my points too. I just can't seem to get away from the 209. Hopefully next week I will be able to get below it and one my way to onederland.
I started a BabyBoot Camp class this week. We normally will meet MWF. I did Thurs and this morning as the class was rescheduled due to school delays. It is an exercise program for Mommies with Newborns through stroller aged kids. Until it warms up we are meeting in the mall and work on cardio and resistane training. Hopefully it is what I need to get my metabolism going again.
How did you do? What are your plans to get motivated again?

I actually gained 1.8. And it stinks because I was OP the entire time. But I notice my coveralls no longer resemble sausage casings quite as much as they did. I had reason to see the doctor last week. He commented that I had gained weight. I said yes, but I hope it'll be gone by the time he sees me next year. He told me my weight is fine; and perhaps what I weigh now is really my "natural" weight. Now what the heck is THAT??! I'll tell ya, if I weighed my "natural" weight I'd be three hundred pounds.

BTW, I have to tell myself what I'd tell you. Stay the course. One weigh in is not the whole story. Or get drunk, whichever sounds more reasonable.

Vicki I am sorry you are frustrated!! Are you writing down what you eat and drink? If not, start doing that. You might be unintentionally sabotaging yourself. If you feel like sharing, list some of the foods you have had this week (liquids too) and maybe some of us can give you our viewpoints on your choices?? I like the idea of your babybootcamp!! Here is how I did this week: I tried my best to make healthy choices. I dropped a little bit, and wouldn't you just know it... DH wanted to make supper tonight. We splurged since it was a saturday and took a couple of steaks out of the freezer. I also took out some green beans that came from my garden last summer. Dh asked me if I wanted him to fix me a baked potato. Hell no!! I told him that I tried very hard this week to eat right, maybe lost one or two pounds, and if he fixes me a baked potato I will put butter AND sour cream on it and put everything back on that I worked so hard to get off. He sabatoges my diet a lot. Didnt work this time.

Way to stay strong Snaffle! Sausage casings! Now that is funny! Actually the pants I am wearing used to be that way. Now they are super baggy comfy pants that I wear around the house or when I work out. I log everything in my weightwatchers journal. They only thing I drink is my water which I easily meet the recommended amout. Once or twice a week I might have a diet coke. For the most part I make recipes from the points plus cook book or I have modified other recipes to fit into my points plus. For snacks I only grab apples or bananas if the crazy munchies start calling my name. MA hit it. I have noticed that I seem to be a cycylic loser. 2 weeks ago I lost a lot. It always seems I lose a lot right after a certain friend visits every month and the other times it is a true struggle to get a half a pound. I am really positive about it though. I look at the big picture. I have lost almost 45 pounds since Sepetember '09. I pretty much maintained all summer. I did gain about 7 back, but now I am at a point where I am almost to my most recent lowest weight. I do think I sabotage my self sometimes as I am afraid to lose too quickly. I want the excess skin to slowly disappear too. As much as I want the flub gone, I don't want all the flab either

My week went well - I lost 8.4 pounds. Of course, I have been sicker than a dog and really haven't felt like eating alot - so I stayed well under my points for a few days.
After 3 weeks on WW - I am down 13.4 pounds! I'll probably gain next week just because I'll feel like eating again.

janepain you have been doing great! My gosh... over 13 pounds in 3 weeks!!! You go girl!
vicki... a cycle looser... ya know what? that does make sense. sounds like you are eating/drinking good too.
I really have to watch what I eat. If I add any sugar/white flour I do more harm to myself than good.

Yeah but it's like crack. You want it, you crave it, you wish you could get away from it, everybody has it and it sings a siren song. Then you do it and for awhile it's bliss. But then it makes you feel creepy, and the regrets begin.... *sigh*
I'll never forget once hearing a nutritionist say that if white sugar was discovered today, it would be available by prescription only.

I lost two pounds this week but I've gotta tell you-my two weeks before that totally sucked. I knew I was going to gain a couple pounds two weeks ago. I had to change my schedule due to having to work Thursday night. I weighed in at 8:00 a.m. and thought I would be fine with drinking coffee before I went. I drank 3 cups and weighed in 5.6 lbs gain, I was so frustrated because I have not gained since August, I have stayed the same but not gained. Then the next week, I had to weigh in at 8:00 a.m again and learned from my week before. This time, I lost 5 lbs, then this week I was back to normal schedule and lost 2 lbs. I feel much better about myself and am now down 1.4 lbs from my 3 week ago gain.
Sorry I rambled. I was so frustrated that I didn't post even though I was the one that said I was going to post even if noone read it. So I said all that to say this, it will all come out in the wash in the end.

Oh, I forgot to say. After the gain, I sat in the meeting at the end where the people go when they first start just to get my head back in gear.
