Whooo hoo!
I was down 2.4 today! I have been honestly tracking everything. I haven't started an official exercise regimen, but I have been making myself move. If I sit too long, I make myself get up and move. My house hasn't been this clean fore a while. My main goal is to not be such a lazy bum.
I hope everyone else is having a good week too!

You know, this might be why you had a stinky weigh in this week. You may be one of those who dumps a lot, floats along even, then dumps again. This is a great weigh in!

Congrats. Doesn't it feel good to be on the downward spiral?
I lost 2 lbs this week and am back on track.
