Today I was exactly the same as last Thursday. I had a 3 lb loss two weeks ago and a 2.6 last week. I figure my body was just catching up and losing inches instead this week That reminds me, it has been a while since I took my measurements. I also drank more diet coke this week than water. I am sure that is why I did not lose anything. I love how they took sodium into account. I just wish sodium was one of the values on the calculator. I never add salt to anything. I am much more aware of the sodium content in my foods now than I was a couple weeks ago.

5.6 lbs is nothing to sneeze about. I bet you lose again next week.
I lost .8 lbs this week but it was totally my fault, I didn't eat as well as I know I should.

I was down .6 lbs this week! I have no idea how. Rachel and I made Christmas cookies over the weekend. I have eaten more than my fair share everyday. I have been bad about tracking. But I have been really good about managing portions and making sure everything that goes in my mouth (other than the cookies and and the box of chocolate I received from one of my Girl Scout Daisies) is healthy. At least I am making conscious decisions rather than being a gluten without thinking before opening mouth.

Congrats on being down. DD and I made Christmas Cookies the week before and it was fun, making those memories and still losing is a big thing.
I was down .4 lbs this week.
