I am a little puzzled, in the past, my first week on any program is a big loss - if nothing else, water weight. I lost .4 pounds. I tracked online (weighed and measured too) so you would think I was accurate. I and did my usual activities. I dipped into the weekly points allowance, but not any of my activity points.
Well, I feel pretty good so I am going to stay with it. I have too much going on (holidays, house buying) to do anything different.

I'd take a .4 loss anytime! Just look at the big picture, it is a loss.
