I forgot to post last week. I was down 1.2 lbs last week and down 2.4 lbs this week.
This weeks lesson was on planning what you are going to eat at Thanksgiving time. Don't not eat something you want just plan your points and serving sizes. You Could plan to put in more exercise during the week for that stuffing or pie that is planned to eat.
I plan to walk more and definitely walk the day of Thanksgiving before and after dinner.
