I bought the book on ebay and have been reading it and following it more closely than I did when I've done failed attempts at it post-marriage. Before my wedding, mom and I did it and both lost a lot of unhealthy pudge. For about a week, I've been following it again, though not as strictly as I *should*. Either way, I FINALLY saw downward movement on the scale Thursday morning, then up again on Friday since I...uh...pigged out Friday night. Yesterday when G brought her horse for the video, we had pizza for lunch...which I figured would tilt me back up again... One thing I noticed was I was able to button breeches I hadn't been able to (albeit they were SNUG...) in 2 years. This morning my scale was down again I'm past the angry hungry part and feel pretty good. Makes me happy.
