It's that time again. I was disappointed that I only lost .2 lb but I have a NSV. I have been walking with a friend and her babies (read as heavy stroller) and we walked in a neighborhood this week. All of a sudden she said "Did you realize that you walked up all the inclines and didn't even have to stop and catch your breath. You didn't even breathe heavy. I've noticed that you don't do it at the barn anymore either." That is a big thing because ever since my Pulmonary Embolism I have not been able to walk up a slight incline without stopping and breathing heavily.
So, it may only be .2 lbs but I am getting healthier.

Way to go MJ! It is amazing how much walking along with even a small diet change can increase your overall health.
I have been really bad about weighing in. It is really hard going to a meeting with an 18 month old. Yesterday when my 6 year old got on the bus I began my walking ritual again with the 18 month old in the jogging stroller.
I took my measurements to help give a boost during the lower weight loss weeks. It is amazing how the inches start to come off when the weight begins to come off.
Keep up the great work! Vicki

I definitely understand about the 18 month old. Could you take her in the stroller and at least weigh-in and just not stay for the meeting? Would that help you?
My friend that I walk with has twins and when I push, I can definitely tell a difference in walking. I bet it will help burn a few extra calories. The fresh air will be good for both of you, I know it has been for me at least.
I haven't measured at all, that's a good idea. Have a good week.
