I was down 3.6 at my weigh in this morning! 9 more pounds until I am in the world of the 100s! I walked a lot this weekend. We climbed Mt Nittany. It is really a big hill, but here in the Appalachians, big hills and ridges are considered moutains. I don't get it. It overlooks Beaver Stadium at Penn State where Joe Paterno coaches. It was one steep climb. My gluteus maximus is still sore! My 5 year old was a little Moutain Goat! The 18 month old had it easy riding on DHs back in the backpack! We also did a 1 1/2 mile walk around a local park looking for geocaches. Unfortunately no riding this weekend. I am just frustrated with it right now. Goldie has decided she does not like to go forward :/ 20 minutes of circles in both direction yielding hindquarters doesn't work, nor does her choice of gait....backwards. I changed bits. She seems to carry it better. I just haven't gotten on her with it yet. I used a kimberwick with a port before. I am going to a plain ole snaffle, but a plain ole snaffle without a chin strap skeers me Amyway I hope you are all having a great week with your healthy goals!

Congrats. I bet that will be a great feeling to get into the 100s but I am going to get there eventually too.
Your walk sounds wonderful. I could do the park walk but am not in good enough shape for the mountain/ridge yet. I definitely need to work on that.

At my current rate 9 pounds to the 100s is going to take a long time, but I am Ok with that. I think I finally convinced myself that it is best not to lose weight as fast as I can.

I like the way WWers call it Onederland. Congratulations on your loss! Did you ever think it'd be so awesome to climb up on to a scale?
