This is a refreshing summer treat.
Crust:
1 C flour 1/4 C brown sugar 1/2 C melted oleo
Put in shallow pan in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally (I forgot this part and then had to break it apart later, didn't work well, lol.) so it won't burn. It will be crumbly. Sprinkle in the bottom of oblong pan (tupperware or other plastic with lid works best).
Filling:
3 egg whites 10 oz frozen strawberries (icy yet, but thawed-don't ask how I know!) 2/3 C sugar
Beat till stiff peaks form (approximately 8 minutes) Fold in 8 oz of Cool Whip. Pour over crumb crust. Cover and put in freezer at least 6 hours.
