I made this today and it was really good.
1 lb frozen strawberries 1 cup 2% plain Greek Yogurt or non-fat plain yogurt 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla Strawberries for garnish
1. In food processor with knife blade, pulse 1 cup berries until finely chopped. Transfer into large metal bowl. 2. In food processor, puree yogurt, sugar, vanilla and remaining berries until smooth. Transfer to bowl w/strawberries, stir well to combine. Cover and feeze until firm, but not hard. Garnish with strawberries.
The receipe says to freeze 1 hour and I did 4 hours and it still wasn't firm enough. I also used fresh berries (and more than a lb, which could have made a difference.
