THE LUPUS LADY'S USUAL ARBY’S CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH MIX
2 cups chopped apples 2 cups cut red globe grapes 2 cups chicken cubes or shreds 1 cup finely chopped walnuts 1 cup (about) mayonnaise 1/2 cup (about) sour cream 1/2 cup finely chopped onion salt freshly ground black pepper 1 tablespoon (about) chicken fajita seasoning mix
Mix all together and serve in individual sized cream puff shells, or on a whole grain bread, pita, or tortilla.
Subway is selling a new chicken salad sandwich this summer, They have white raisins and dried cranberries in their mix and it is wonderful!

Mmmm, I loff dried cranberries on my salads! Or in my scones, poultry stuffing, you name it. This one looks delicious. Is this the one RR made on Dr Dan Day last summer? That was total yum!

I thought of this last night when I had the new orchard chicken salad from Subway. My advice to you, since you've already had this recipe, is don't bother.

The Subway version. I'd remembered yours as being absolutely delicious, so when Subway had one similar, I jumped on it. It was nothing even remotely close to yours. It was overly sweet and pasty, and I couldn't finish it.
Oh well, SOMEbody likes it or it wouldn't get on the menu.

I've made one like this except with green grapes, cashews and chopped celery. It's a yum too. This sounds terrific, I'm going to have to try this one next time I get at 'salad' chicken.

I understand. I had another subway orchard sandwich today. It is flat compared to my recipe.
t-leigh, someone else told me they put celery in their chicken salad! I just might have to add celery to mine. cashews would be a good combination with chicken!
