We have ceasar salad quite a bit, last night I decided to do something a little different.
I added some chopped up cauliflower, carrots and alfalfa sprouts.
It was really good!
we had it with salmon coated in a new cream sauce I made. Mayo, parm. cheese, tarragon & dillweed.

We used to have caesar salad with blackened chicken. mmmmm... I should make that again.
I like your additions, though not 'classic' caesar salad material. 'course I like about any veggie.

Yeah, I know, not 'classic' but we had the stuff and it needed to be used before it goes bad, so I thought, heck, why not. LOL
