I found this today. I'm going to make some cookies for some of the people Steve works with (apparently if you do it two years in a row, it's a tradition and required! LOL!) and I found this one.
2 1/4 c. flour 1 t. salt 1 t. baking soda 2 T peanut butter 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. dark brown sugar 1/2 c. light brown sugar 1 T. vanilla 1 t. maple syrup 1 c. butter 24 oz chocolate chips
And obviously the mixing and baking instructions are about the same as any other chocolate chip cookie recipe.
Sound interesting?

OK these cookies come out excellent if you add one egg. Without an egg didn't work, they were hard and dry. I also used a bit more PB and maple syrup than the recipe called for.
Bake at 375* for 8-10 minutes.
