I got sick of paying $3.50 for a cappuccino at Starbucks, so I bought an espresso maker of my own. Now I'm looking for good recipes for cappuccinos and lattes...mochas, whatever. Anyone have any good ones?

Okay, I don't like a lot of foam in mine. A lot of folks do, so a little pitcher and skim milk is a must for that. Me, I"ll steam a little half and half to get it hot, and throw that in with some Cadbury's Drinking Chocolate. I don't like mine really sweet so I can adjust the chocolateyness and creaminess to my own liking. Remember to start with rockin' good coffee beans. Oh. And some cream and amaretto in there is a nice evening drink. Or a nip of good whiskey. It seems to really follow a heavy meal and lighten things up a lot.

I've never heard of Cadbury's Drinking Chocolate, but it sounds good. I like a lot of steamed milk, not too much foam. It just gets in the way. I don't like a foam moustache. Blech.
