Oh, I do dress them up that way sometimes, but other times I just want a nice fresh cucumber sandwich all by itself!

I have my first every home-grown cucumber inside the house right now. I'll have to give your sandwich a try. It does sound a lot healthier than the cream cheese--which is a very good thing.
