OK - I don't have an actual recipe, but I put in yellow mustard and horseradish to taste. DH just reminded me that I DO add mayo... Sprinkle with paprika. I think from now on I will have to put a sliced olive on top. That sounds good!

I don't have a recipe either - comes out different every time! I make sure I salt and pepper the egg yolks well, after they are mashed, then I add equal amounts of mayo and mustard, then spoon into the whites.
Of course, after I take the yolks out, the dogs each get an "empty" egg, then there is more yolks to fill the rest.

I use Miracle Whip since I don't like real Mayo. I put in mustard and vinegar, no sugar, and garnish with the olive and a sprinkle of paprika for color. I love the idea of the baggie!

Snaffle's eggs are very pretty, and delicious to eat. They make a very attractive presentation. Mine are usually with pickle relish, mayo and mustard, and I top with paprika. But I sure did enjoy Snaffle's. I like the horseradish idea, too! And the empty egg for the dogs!

Experience has told me that you must use a FREEZER bag, not a sandwich bag. Freezer bags are more durable. I also use a freezer bag for filling twice baked potatoes.
