This sounds AWESOME for summer! It's a must-do for me! If you like this dish a lot, you can buy poppy seeds in bulk at the same place we all buy our jiaogulan. The prices are amazingly low, and you can get enough to share with friends. (A pound of sage is like almost a half gallon.) I buy my poppy seeds there and freeze them in quart jars. Then whenever I want to make a poppyseed cake or drag out a bit of poppyseeds to sprinkle on bread, it's there, and plenty fresh. It's www.herbalcom.com.

Thanks for the tip! I'll have to remember that!
This was really good too. The only thing was the strawberries I used weren't QUITE ripe, as it's still pretty early for them. Another few weeks they'll be MUCH better. I'll make it again then and it should be even better.

I THINK it's supposed to be 4 servings.. But it depends on how well you like salad.

Just remember not to eat poppyseeds in the 36 hours befor a drug test! You'll test postivie for opiates! For real, they tested it on Mythbusters!
Of course, I don't like poppyseeds...

I had a nurse tell me it wasn't true, but I never quite believed her. Then I watched it on Mythbusters and knew she wasn't right! But I don't eat poppyseeds anyways so it doesn't matter for me
