I made this for dinner Saturday and DH LOVED it.
1/3c nonfat plain yogurt or sour cream (I used yogurt) 1/3 c mayo 1 tsp lime zest 2 tlb fresh lime juice 2 tsp curry powder (I only used 1) 1/2 tsp honey or sugar (I used honey) 1/2c thinly sliced celery 1/2c raisins 1/2c halved seedless grapes 1 c unpeeled apple, about 1/3" dice 1/2c toasted peacans or walnuts (I used walnuts & didn't toast them) 5 oz mixed greens or baby spinach (I used a mix of both)
1. Place yogurt, mayo, lime zest, lime juice, curry powder and honey in small bowl and whisk to combine. 2. Place celery, raisins, grapes, apples, and nuts in large bowl. Add about 1/2 the dressing, stir to combine. 3. Just before serving add greens and toss. If needed add more dressing.

I would if I could. I don't belong to WW anymore. But I wouldn't hesitate to use this recipe in moderation. The nuts are high points but contain valuable fats. The raisins I might cut back on because they're high points too, without giving quite as much nutritional bounce. And I'd use puh-lenty of greens and a smaller portion of meat/nut/fruit. But I think the flavors would be fantastic and refreshing in warm summer weather. I wouldn't mind having some warm summer weather....

We've been having this almost every Friday for dinner. I get home about an hour before DH does and I can easily make it and have dinner ready when he gets home.
I don't think I've made it the same way twice. LOL

Okay, I assume that recipe is for 2 servings?
If you follow this recipe, using fat free mayo, it is 10 points per serving. If you use low fat maho, it is 13 per serving. If you use regular mayo it is 18 per serviing. Seems hard to believe the mayo makes that much difference.
