I volunteered to bring dessert to our leadership meeting Sunday after church. I REALLY want to make homemade (or even sort of homemade) cobbler.
I'm checking Pioneer Woman now - but open to more suggestions!!
Anyone have a GREAT tasting, relatively easy, cobbler recipe??

Lemon makes a huge difference. I'd definitely use the lemon.

1 pie crust home made or bought 2 bags frozen blackberries 1 to 1&3/4 cups sugar
Mix sugar and berries together. no need to defrost put in cobbler pan 9X12???
cover with pie crust bake 400 till light brown.
optional: sprinkle sugar on crust before baking
