Hi, Natalie! I'm so pleased you decided to join us! I have five horses myself, which is stupid because I'm the only one who rides, but Sugbee has even more. There are several of us here who drive as well as ride; it's a kick! How did you find our board? Again, welcome! I'm so pleased you're here!

I am a friend of Tee's. She said you were a great bunch and I had to join. I also have 2 dogs a BeagleX named Megan and a Chiweenie named Chalupa. I am a full time college student and caregiver to my sister Mari who has Downs Syndrome. She's my groom and goes everywhere I go. LOL I gave up riding to concetrate on driving. Tequila my main driving pony is at training level CDE. At least that's where her other owner had her when I got her. I also have Jewel who is pretty green. My boyfriend Jeff drives her. They get along well I've just met up with some other local drivers and we have been getting together. It's so much fun hanging out with others who drive, too. Well enough about me. Thanks for the welcome.

Hi everyone, I'm Jay. I'm an endurance horse trainer in Australia, and found this site 'cos Chris told me about it! I have 24 horses of my own, but have another 12 horses belonging to clients here at the moment too. I have 9 cats (it was 11 up til yesterday, when one got bit by a snake and one died from old age *19*). My best friend is my Silky Terrier/Jack Russell cross bitch, Jacquie O'Tripod. She only has three legs 'cos a German Shepherd mauled her and bit off the other leg about 2 years ago. She is 6 and a half years old. My favouritist horse is my stallion, Splendacrest Zafire, who is 5 years old. I have just had 2 babies by him born here, and they are beee u ti ful! You can see what I do by visiting my website: www.freewebs.com/splendacrestTalk to you all again soon......

Welcome, Jay! Any friend of Chris's is a friend of mine! We think pretty highly of her here, you know. I have to ask, though; how in the world do you maintain training on so many horses??? I'd reach my limit every spring with nine! Again, welcome to the board! I'm sure we'll all love hearing about life down under!

Welcoem Jay! I just took at peek around your website. I love what you are doing with the junior riders! I started riding competitive trail rides when I was 8 and endurance at 11. As a 30 something, I wish I had the riding confidence and skills that I did when I was younger.
All your horses are stunning!
Vicki

Nellie, it's a bit of a rocky start, but you are welcome here. What kind of riding did you do? What kind of dog do you have? You are also welcome to register; then you have PM features and can vote in polls.

I just putzed around the property. Had a grade QH. My dog is a beagle/blue heeler mix named Bernie. Not sure I'm gonna stay...not having the warmest of welcomes.

ahh-sorry 'bout that. Yes we are a bit over-protective especially of a few members. Post more, then folks will the history to understand your posting style. Most of us know that Mouse has twins just barely 12 months old and figure she prob'ly gets woken at 4 am most every night and would glance in on the older 2 girls (Zoe is only 3) when she's up anyway. So asking why check at 4 am sounded strange to us.
