Anyone have a good recipe for mulling spices to add to apple cider to make a nice hot drink?

I like to make wassail at Christmas time..
WASSAIL (A Christmas Drink)
6 cups apple cider
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon rind
2 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
Heat cider and cinnamon stick in a large pan.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
Keep hot for serving.
