Sorry it was such a loooong recipe, but my first few efforts were pretty bad until I got at least some of that stuff figured out. Just want to save others from those mistakes. These days I can usually have a pizza on the table within an hour of deciding to have one, and the last 20 minutes are just waiting for to cook (or making a salad).
