Cooking deficiency is curable! Yet all of us need easy fast recipes once in awhile. I never would have thought to use premade meatballs, Dawn! I bet that's really good, and super easy for busy weekends! What do you usually have with it?

LOL, Tim has helped me a lot in this area since he loves to cook so I am picking up on things. I personally love the italian meatballs for more flavor rather than the plain ones, then use the sweet baby rays BBQ sauce, the spicy if am feeling the need for something a bit wilder, but it isn't relaly that hot. And with it, hmmm....I like rice or noodles, but LOVE pasta anything. And if I have copped out far enough to use the premade I usually go with those from a box too. Or make a meatball sandwich with some nice cheese melted in it, cheese is good with everything isn't it?
And of course some sort of veggies, I use lots of frozen veggies and put then in a fry pan with siome butter/oil and seasonings. Asparagus is a fave although to pricey here at the moment to bother with, broccoli, or throw several things together.
I also like the meatballs with just some french cut green beans fried up in butter oil. Seems lighter that way?

I do that too - only I make a big batch of meatballs myself, and freeze them for future use. Unfortunately hubby has them for lunch a lot, so I don't always get to have them for supper. Along the same vein, I make two meatloaves at a time, one for now, one for the freezer.
