This is a delicious easy pasta salad you can throw together for a barbeque. Even my picky friends will eat this.
Italian Pasta Salad
3/4 c mayo 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 1 tsp of salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 clove of garlic 1 1/2 tbsp of basil 1 cup of cherry or grape tomatoes 1/2 of a yellow pepper 1/2 of a red pepper 1/2 of a red onion 1 cup of feta cheese or fresh mozarella in bite sized pieces 3 cups of tri-colour rotini pasta or any pasta
Boil the pasta to desired tenderness, drain, run under cold water, and drain again.
Whisk together the mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper, basil, and garlic until smooth. Chop the onion and peppers. Mix everything in a bowl and chill before serving.
Enjoy!

Your friends aren't really picky if they'll eat that! LOL! I won't eat peppers or uncooked onion

By mayo do you mean Hellman's real mayonaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing?
I made it today using 3/4 mayonaise and 1/4 Salad Dressing and I thought it was fantastic.

I made it on Monday for our cookout with Andy's cousins. It went over HUGE! Great recipe. I used real mayo, but it was Hellman's Light.

Amber, I always hated peppers and would only eat them if they were chopped up in small pieces and cooked on pizza. The colored peppers have a different flavor, and when mixed in with a spoonful of other things.. they add a great flavor. As for the onions.. I put them in the blender with the mayonaise and mutilate them beyond recognition

I'd still be able to taste the onions. Ick. LOL! I won't even eat peppers on pizza. Nor will I pick the moff, because then the flavor of them is in the cheese! When I was 6 a babysitter made me eat a stuffed green pepper and now I won't touch any kind of pepper. Too traumatic! I remember from working at Subway that I don't care for how they smell, either. I'm weird.

That sounds really good... except the mayo. I think I'd replace that with a splash or two of olive oil. YUM. All the rest sounds tasty! And Amber.... maybe you should add pickles instead?
