This is the recipe twoponys posted. My family really enjoyed it! I ran it through WW recipe builder:
White Chicken Chili, 4 servings POINTS: 7 INSTRUCTIONS
1 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 medium onion(s) 1 clove garlic clove(s) 1 Tbsp olive oil 20 oz canned white beans, 2 cans of navy or white beans 10 oz fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth 4 oz canned green chili peppers, 1 can mild green chiles 1 tsp table salt 1 tsp ground oregano 1/2 tsp curry powder 1/2 tsp chili powder 1 cup fat-free sour cream
Saute the chicken, onion, garlic and oil until the chicken is cooked through. Add the remaining ingredients except the sour cream, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 min. Remove from heat and add the sour cream. It can be frozen too.

I love all those whole wheat pasta's and the vegie ones too!!
