Hey I cheated and weighed mid week-I had gained 2 lbs at that time. But it was the day after I had worked out really hard. I just started working out and riding again so I KNOW I am building muscle at the same time I am losing fat. I just thought of a final treat for myself at the end of this weight loss, a gaited horse. I just got through watching the Paso Fino's on TV and wow, I want a gaited horse so bad I could spit. LOL But I am so heavy right now I think it would be so hard to try and buy or even try out a gaited horse, so that will be another goal for me, to as I am dropping weight figure out what breed and stuff as to what I want my next horse to be. I am sure hubby would go along with that, heck it will probably be 2 years in the making. Shadow will be 23 and about time to do much lighter work. so perfect timing. And wow would a gaited horse help me keep it off as we glide down tons of trails without hurting my back or knees at all.
