Get a weight tracker ticker. You can put whatever values you want in there. Starting and ending weight. Or, the amount you want to lose, in say the next month, or the total amount you want to lose, or whatever.
Whenever there is a change you want to note, go back to the site and make a new ticker! Go to www.tickerfactory.com

Thats me in a couple years. LOL Hey..wait a min I said I wanted to be 155. grr... gonna have to fix that one. 135 is what I weighed when I was 13.

I took it off cause I couldn't get it to say 155. I would look like death warmed over at 135. Be skinny like a model-I want to be strong and shapely not a freaking stick.
