My initial weigh in,
185lbs.
My goal,
To be on my lower end BMI, about 150lbs. So that's 35lbs to lose. I want to tone myself up, and work up my strength/cardio. I'd want to generally eat healthier than I have been, and work on my willpower... none of which I have-especially when I am stressed out.
I'm going to a weighloss by hypnosis, 3 sessions over 3 weeks. With that, I plan to walk every night, and ride Tripper 2 times a week until Cowboy is back from training.. Then I plan to ride 4 times a week.
I have to get serious about me. I'm starting right now.

How embarassing. Weighed 188 yesterday, but I think it was due to the Mexican food we ate the night before. So, this starting weight might be a bit inflated.
Goal: Back to 145 where I was about 5 years ago.
Been fudging on the diet, but doing the treadmill faithfully. Hubby is a fitness freak, and has ordered an extreme workout program, P90X. I passed most of the pre test, so I am going to try the system. Will be working harder than I ever have my whole life, even harder than I did in my early 20's when I weighed in the 120's. Ouch!

All right - maybe THIS will motivate me! Initial 163 - goal - 135, though I'm happy at 142. Need to strengthen my core and tone over all!

ugh, you guys are skinny! Today, 218 without clothes, 221 with. I want to tone up the core, strengthen my legs and arms, lose the double chin and lose the apple shape. I know there's a lovely figure hidden under all this.
My wedding day weight was 170 and I was so fit at that weight, I was in a size 10. I wanna be there again (not in a wedding, though, LOL)
My ultimate goal is to ride 50s again and maybe try a 100, and maybe ride Szyb in a show and not look like a hippo on him!

Okay, initial weigh-in: 160 lbs Goal weight: 125 lbs I just bought a Pilates workout CD. I met a gal a couple weeks ago that used to be a size 18. She's now a size 5. All through Pilates and sensible eating. The hardest thing for me will be not snacking after 7 p.m. . .

I'm 188, bigger than I've ever been in my life! I'd like to lose 25 pounds, but I don't know if I can do it, I love to eat.

I never tell anyone what I weigh but here goes.
Initial weigh-in: 194 lbs.
Goal weight: 165 lbs or less
I am following the diabetic diet since DH is diabetic, it makes it easier that way.
I want to be healthy and fit, be able to have more stamina to work with my horse or do anything I want. I also want to lower my cholesterol and get off some of the cholesterol medicine - I am taking two right now and it is still not down enough.
I walk 2 miles a day, except for during this weather, and I just got a stairstepper from Craigslist. I am using the stairstepper, it is harder than I thought it would be.
I want to fit into smaller clothes and clean out my closet of all the "cow" ones. That's how I feel right now, like a cow.

Well I lost significant weight a few yrs ago, and backslid some this year. I haven't weighed myself consistently, a couple days ago it was 153, had been at 156 for quite a while prior. Right now I can't work out, but I have been feeding the horses since mom is sick so I do get my blood flowing a bit. I'm just trying to maintain reasonably good meals and not tons of snacking. I'd like to get to 140, maybe I'll make it this year now that the fibroids are gone, but I usually feel pretty fit about 145.

Everyone remember that muscle weighs more than fat so if you are working out and not losing weight, remember you are probably losing inches. Muscle is good! One thing I have learned is to not be too caught up by numbers.

eek, I gotta do this. Height - 5ft 5inches weight - currently 200! weight - goal 145 or below. That will give me a bmi below the "overweight" category. (I was up to 210 6 years ago, got down to 170 but it started creeping back when I started this job.) waist - currently 38", goal is to get it below 32" and out of the "danger zone" health-wise blood pressure - currently 156/102! holy cow! needs to be below 120/80 Luckily loosing weight will bring that down.

Yeah, but you get the biggest boost of all when you shed 200+ pounds of dead weight! ;D
