Keith and I had the most amazing meal last night and it was SO easy.
Cola Chicken 1 can diet cola 1 cup ketchup 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
Put breasts in a non-stick skillet. Pour cola and ketchup over the top. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and cover and cook 45 minutes. Remove cover, turn heat back up until sauce thickens. The sauce becomes a nice BBQ sauce consistancy.
Only 4pts per serving for those of you on WW.
It is DELICIOUS! Throw some veggies on the side and you have an awesome meal-best of all, it's healthy and WW friendly, but the WHOLE family will love it.

I make this all the time - except I use 1 cup of honey barbecue sauce, not ketchup, and I don't use diet cola!
Put it in the crockpot on low for a few hours - yummy!!
