I made the pudding with Fuyus last night, and it worked just fine! As the Fuyus are firmer, I pureed them in the Cuisinart to make the pulp. The pudding is SO GOOD! Like vanilla cake & pudding all smooshed into one. My sister thinks it's the greatest thing since chocolate cake
