We bought one of those non stick vege pans for using on the gas grill. My very favorite way to prepare vegetables is a bit of olive oil, a bit of herb or seasoning and then on the grill - yum!

We use a shish kebob stick, and thread on chunks of onion, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, etc. Spray or brush on olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, garlic, and thyme, and roast until done. It's good eatin', isn't it?

Mmmmmm...one of my summer favorite -- grilled veggies. Brushed with olive oil and then sprinkled with balsamic vinegar when done. Mmmm, mmmmm.
