with hot weather coming on, I thought this might be a good recipe to share!
8oz perform and win electrolytes 2 C Bran 1 C corn meal 3 C whole wheat flour 1/2 C corn oil 1/4C + molassas 1 1/2 c hot water 1/2 C brown sugar Bake at 350 for 40-50 min pat them onto a flat cookie sheet and cut into 64 squares. seperate and bake. They get 16 a day so that is 2 oz.
