I eat about six of these for lunch. They're very easy and taste great.
Ingredients: Triscuit crackers (I get the rosemary/olive oil flavor) Smoked Salmon Plain Cream Cheese Spread Lemon Pepper seasoning Lime Juice
Put on your triscuit in this order: spread cream cheese, then a slice of smoked salmon, then sprinkle some lemon pepper and about three drops of lime juice. I like to think that these are healthy (because of the salmon)!

Oh, WOW! That sounds so ME! I love those Triscuits; they're awesome! And I love smoked salmon. I'm afraid I wouldn't stop at six, though.
