Strawberry Pizza
CRUST: 2 cups flour 2 sticks butter 1 c chopped nuts (I prefer pecans)
FIRST LAYER: 8 oz cream cheese, softened ( you can use the diet kind- and not tell the difference) 3 cups confectioners sugar 12 ozs Cool Whip Free
TOP LAYER: 1 cup sugar 1 c water 3 T cornstarch 1 small box strawberry Jello 2 pints strawberries, sliced (I prefer fresh, but you can use frozen)
Directions: CRUST: Melt margarine, combine with flour & nuts. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Cool completely.
FIRST LAYER: Blend cream cheese & sugar, fold in Cool Whip. Spread onto crust, peaking up sides so top layer won't run off. Place in refrigerator until top layer is ready to add.
TOP LAYER: Combine sugar, water & cornstarch & bring to a boil. Cook until clear. Cool a little. Add Jello & cool completely. Add strawberries & very carefully pour on top of pizza. Place in refrigerator overnight to allow strawberry layer to set up.

mmmmm. sounds a bit like WFs fruit pizza which was yummy!
