Ingredients 2 cups Flour 1 cup Yogurt 2 cups Milk 2 Eggs 2 tablespoons Sugar 2 teaspoons Baking powder 1 teaspoon Soda 1 teaspoon Salt 1/4 cup Butter, melted Preparation Mix dry & wet ingredients together. Add yogurt. Cook on griddle and serve with dollop of yogurt on top and sliced bananas. ************************************** You can use any flavor of yogurt and come up with some really yummy pancakes. Blueberry yogurt, with fresh blueberries on top? Mmm... I also use plain yogurt and add a little extra sugar, since we never use syrup. Erich said these were the best pancakes he's ever had, which ought to tell you something!

wow that sounds great. I made ricotta pancakes before but I sure will try this. Is it possible to leave the baking soda out? I hate the stuff, I have a, uuhuumm, fine tongue and can always taste it in baked goods.

I'm thinking you could leave it out, and ou might try adding a teaspoon or so of lemon juice to really activate the baking soda - that's how I do my pancakes!
